Value My House [http://www.valuemyhouse.com] is an online lead generation service designed to increase seller listings for real estate professionals. Sellers visit the Value My House website to obtain a free online CMA for the home they are selling. After entering property and contact information, the lead information is automatically emailed to the one agent that owns the zip code the lead entered. The seller immediately receives the assigned agent’s e-business card, indicating receipt of the request for the CMA. With the Value My House lead generation system agents don’t pay per lead and don’t pay a referral fee. Each zip code is only $299 a year. Research has shown that sellers are more open to hearing from an agent that is connected to the Value My House site than one that appears to be directly marketing “their own” services.
SalesBuddy [http://www.salesbuddy.com] is an online lead management system that saves agents time and help them increase their earnings. SalesBuddy allows any real estate professional to manage leads, anytime and anywhere they have access to the internet. SalesBuddy allows agents to easily perform critical sales and marketing tasks from a central website rather than having to use separate programs.
